The Associate will support Lazard’s Restructuring & Liability Management team on complex creditor and liability management assignments across restructuring, distressed M&A and debt advisory. Responsibilities include financial and valuation analysis, building and maintaining financial models, preparing client presentations and pitch materials, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with clients, creditors and other advisers. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in high‑pressure, client‑facing transactions.
