The Analyst will support the Industrials coverage team by performing financial analysis, building valuation and financial models, preparing pitch materials and due diligence, and supporting execution of mergers, acquisitions and other strategic advisory assignments. The role requires strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines. The analyst will work closely with senior bankers and clients, conducting industry and company research and contributing to transaction execution and client presentations.
