Job description
Lazard Frères Gestion is seeking a risk control analyst intern for a 6-month internship in Paris. The role involves monitoring financial and ESG ratios, supporting regulatory reporting, and collaborating across different teams in an asset management environment. Ideal for students with strong analytical and technical skills.
Primary responsibilities include monitoring statutory and regulatory ratios, tracking extra-financial ESG ratios, configuring ratios in tools like Bloomberg, assisting in the production of regulatory reports, and maintaining regular communication with front office, compliance, and middle office teams.
Required experience and skills include being a student in M1/M2 at a business school or university, having strong Excel skills, possessing knowledge of VBA (considered a plus), and demonstrating curiosity and proactive problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be interested in risk management and financial analysis within an asset management context.
In return, Lazard offers a comprehensive internship experience with potential for future talent development. The company has consistently obtained the HappyTrainees label since 2023, indicating a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. Interns can expect to contribute to a prestigious financial institution with international presence, gain valuable professional experience, and work in a human-scaled environment that values diversity and individual growth.
