KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, State and Local to join our Managed Services practice.
- Support the delivery and ongoing operations of Health and Human Services (HHS) Managed Services, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service-level expectations
- Perform operational monitoring, issue triage, and resolution support for operational environments, collaborating with cross-functional technical and functional teams as needed
- Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities, including documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and managed services leadership to track deliverables, risks, and dependencies across support activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to support consistent and compliant service delivery
- Provide status updates, metrics, and reporting related to managed services performance and operational health
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in managed services, application support, systems operations, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Experience supporting government, public sector, or Health and Human Servicesrelated systems
- Working knowledge of production and simulation environments, including incident management, change control, and service operations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, compliance-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Travel may be required based on client, project, or business needs
