KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, UKG to join our Advisory Services practice.
- Lead an individual workstream for UKG implementations in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions
- Develop and implement project management standards as well as tools
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent relevant experience in UKG Consulting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, or a related field is required
- Proven expertise, including certifications, in one or more of the following UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules: UKG Pro: Proficient in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance; UKG Ready: Knowledgeable in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, and HR; UKG Dimensions: experienced with advanced scheduling, workforce management, analytics, and mobile solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
