Full Job Description

Manage information technology (IT) project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Monitor, track, and report on milestones and deliverables for IT projects. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Direct and coordinate activities of IT project personnel. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of IT projects. Develop IT strategy and perform risk assessments. Define best practice and roadmaps for network products or solutions and support the development of network architecture. Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to drive product roadmaps for network and WAN tools, by providing requirements that assist with mapping controls and patterns to product features. Work closely with network and information Security team and put together a roadmap of products and solutions. Develop business cases and conduct presentations to senior IT leadership for proposed network products, solutions, and studies. Stay abreast of the latest network information regulatory requirements, technologies, controls, practices, techniques, and threats, and apply this knowledge to networks. Manage internal skill development activities for network architecture and engineering using new technologies and solutions driven by security and business requirements. Provide mentoring and conduct knowledge sharing sessions. Participate in network incident resolutions and root cause analysis. Lead business development initiatives.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Overseeing technology rollout, including capacity management, definition of scoring methodologies for technology selection, integration of multiple tools, and technical documentation; API RAML specification best practices; Flow development; Continuous integration and continuous delivery using GIT and GIT Actions; Agile delivery methodology; API security best practices; and Integration patterns, including Pub/Sub and bi-directional syncing.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location, depending on business need.
