KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Physical Security & Forensic Investigations to join our Advisory Services practice.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of physical security measures and protocols
- Lead complex financial forensic investigations to identify and resolve instances of fraud and financial misconduct
- Develop and update policies and procedures related to physical security and forensic investigations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential security and financial threats
- Prepare detailed reports on security operations and forensic investigation outcomes for senior leadership
- Lead diverse teams on complex investigations and physical security advisory engagements, including physical security and fraud-related assessments, gap analyses, and remediation efforts; proven track record in delivering high-quality deliverables, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate physical security and financial forensic investigations
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CPP, CFE) are desirable
- Strong understanding of security systems, risk management, and forensic accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to Travel as required
