KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.
- Supervise team members and manage resource allocation for eDiscovery engagements
- Advise clients on eDiscovery workflows, including review analytics and TAR workflows
- Deliver presentations and training on KPMG products and services
- Consult on eDiscovery workflows such as data processing and productions using Relativity and other tools
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
- Lead the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for eDiscovery and related services
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, law firms, and corporate legal departments to generate repeat business and new service lines
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience as a manager in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Familiarity with emerging AI trends and their potential impact on the future of eDiscovery and forensic investigations
- Relativity Certified Administrator preferred; experience with Reveal/Brainspace and Relativity Analytics
- Strong client service skills
- Willingness to travel up to ten percent
