What you will do
In this position, you will drive end-to-end delivery across complex initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictable execution for teams within Klarna’s Solutions and Delivery competence. You will create the conditions for teams to deliver effectively by removing impediments, improving delivery practices, and strengthening collaboration across product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. By bringing transparency to progress, risks, and dependencies, you will support informed decision-making and sustainable delivery outcomes. Working primarily with teams in Portugal and Spain, you will also help strengthen cross-market collaboration across the wider European organization.

Who you are
• Proven experience leading delivery for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complex initiatives, and create clarity for teams and stakeholders
• Experience facilitating collaboration across multiple disciplines, including product, engineering, and commercial functions
• Solid understanding of delivery planning, execution, and continuous improvement practices
• Comfortable using data to track progress, identify risks, and support prioritization and trade-offs
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Awesome to have
• Experience working in or with Iberian markets
• Fluency in Spanish
• Background in agile delivery practices within product-led or high-growth organizations
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or domains
• Familiarity with the payments industry or large-scale technology platforms
