TEAM OVERVIEW
Finance supports the strategic direction of the Firm by ensuring efficient and effective financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, compliance, accounting, and stewardship of financial risks and controls. By doing so, we produce accurate financial information for decision making, ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and provide leadership for operational improvements, cost savings and strategic investments that align with the Firms culture and long-term goals.
POSITION SUMMARY
The KKR Finance team currently use SAPs S4/HANA cloud, Coupa, SAP Concur, OneStream and other Financial systems to maintain the general ledger of our various Management Companies. We are looking to hire a Finance Systems Analyst who will work in close partnership with the Finance and IT departments in order to support the day to day systems operations including oversight of the Firms master data.
This role will support all global Finance users across our various business segments and will be responsible for end user support, testing system upgrades, implementation of new projects and managing ad-hoc projects. The role will also have direct responsibility in overseeing data management including the creation and alignment of the Firms various entities, cost center structure, chart of accounts and reporting hierarchies. This will ensure the right consistency and execution as we continue to expand our business. The ideal candidate would have a unique combination of financial / business acumen, process and control mind set and effective change management capabilities. The candidate should also have excellent oral / written communication skills, and be a cultural fit with an emphasis on teamwork, diversity, excellence and results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical and functional support for Coupa, SAP Concur and S/4 HANA
Oversee master data management across various Finance systems.
Providing systems support to Finance end-users while coordinating with the Technology team
Perform testing for new system implementation and existing system upgrades
System implementation support and manage ad-hoc project
QUALIFICATIONS
25 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial services industry
Experience supporting and implementing Coupa, SAP Concur, and SAP S/4HANA
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a deadline driven environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes is a plus

Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the KKR community, providing support to all end-users
Serve as a liaison between the Finance and Tech teams in all aspects surrounding Coupa, SAP Concur and S/4 HANA systems
Support system upgrades and enhancements including troubleshooting and testing
Proficient in analytical tools such as SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task several projects on tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail
Able to connect the dots across the various business lines and identify process enhancements, where applicable
Outstanding interpersonal skills to develop client relationships with mutual trust and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Proactive team-player that enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment and pitching in on other projects
A self-starter who can identify areas for enhancement, provide suggestions to improve processes and execute them
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment
