Risk Management and Compliance Governance Lead – Vice President/Senior Associate

This role involves leading the review of legal obligations within the ELA system, coordinating with stakeholders to map policies and procedures, identifying regulatory changes, and supporting implementation of policy updates across the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, Risk and Compliance, with exceptional written and oral communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate ability to analyze complex legislation, translate detailed requirements into clear policies, and possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
