About the Program

At JPMorganChase, we recognize that rewarding careers do not always follow a conventional path. We value the diversity, fresh perspective and wealth of experience that returning professionals can bring.
The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least 2 years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 22, 2025 and ending July 31, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Please refer to our ReEntry Overview page for further information regarding the Program.

Group Overview:

JP Morgan Payments combines our treasury services, trade, card and merchant services capabilities to help clients pay customers or employees, in different currencies, around the world. Focused on helping our clients navigate a challenging era of digital transformation and evolving customer expectations, JPMorgan Chase processes nearly $10 trillion payments daily, and is #1 in USD payments volume.

With the payments landscape transforming faster than ever, businesses increasingly feel the pressure to digitize their treasury and payments or be left behind. With our global suite of products, technology platforms, and consultative expertise, we are uniquely positioned to address the challenges clients face today and tomorrow. We provide the scale and service of a world-class bank, with the innovation and agility of a fintech - so our clients never have to trade reliability and security for opportunity and growth.

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates for the ReEntry program will have previous experience within a Payments Product role such as Product Development or Product Management and have knowledge of the product development life cycle. Successful candidates will be creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner.  The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the JP Morgan Payments business. Individuals with previous experience operating at Vice President or Associate level within a Payments organization are encouraged to apply.
