Job description
An experienced design leadership role at JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank, focused on transforming digital product experiences through user-centered design practices. The role requires guiding complex design initiatives, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative solutions that simplify financial management tools.
Primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive design strategies for complex projects, leading end-to-end design initiatives, creating wireframes and prototypes, and driving user experience across Securities Services product offerings.
Required experience includes a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services, with proven expertise in interaction design, UI design, and information architecture. Candidates must demonstrate ability to create transformational design solutions, understand technical constraints, and effectively communicate design concepts.
