Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Bring your expertise to a team that helps protect clients and the firm from fraud while delivering an excellent service experience. 
 

As an Associate Fraud Prevention Manager within Asset and Wealth Management Fraud Management, you lead a team responsible for reviewing money movement alerts and executing the Enhanced Callback process. 
You balance fraud risk mitigation with a strong client experience by making timely, well-reasoned decisions within established policies. 
You partner with client service leaders and other stakeholders to resolve escalations, identify emerging trends, and strengthen controls.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Fraud Prevention Associates/Analysts and manage daily workflow and coverage.
  • Review money movement alerts and transactions within service level timelines while minimizing loss exposure.
  • Oversee Enhanced Callback execution and related fraud prevention controls for high-risk activity.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and fraud incidents by applying established policies and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external banks to mitigate losses and support recovery efforts.
  • Escalate significant risks, incidents, and regulatory concerns through appropriate channels with clear recommendations.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and recommend enhancements to detection and prevention approaches.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders during inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Prioritize competing requests effectively and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3 years of professional experience in fraud investigation, fraud prevention, risk management, or a related field.
  • 1 year of people management experience, including coaching and performance feedback.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of common banking fraud typologies and fraud trends.
  • Experience reviewing and decisioning transactions and alerts in a controlled environment with defined timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining decisions and guiding stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize facts from multiple sources to reach defensible decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and escalate appropriately when needed.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or wealth management client service models.
  • Familiarity with core banking products and the fraud risks that affect them.
