Chase for Business is dedicated to empowering business clients and communities through innovative financial solutions and thought leadership. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Video Shooter / Editor to join our Chase Social Media team.
As a Video Shooter / Editor Senior Associate Chase Social Media within Consumer & Community Banking, you are responsible for producing compelling, social-first video content that elevates the Chase for Business brand, promotes engagement, and supports key business initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and produce video content that positions Chase for Business as a trusted thought leader, leveraging the voices of the CEO, local bankers, and subject matter experts.
- Create videos optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, embracing best practices to maximize social engagement and relevance in target communities.
- Lead the creation and editing of video assets for key Chase for Business initiatives, including episodic series, executive interviews, banker features, and thought leadership content. Support both remote and in-person production needs, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Work closely with Chase for Business teams to align video strategy with business objectives, manage project timelines, and ensure content meets brand standards.
- Analyze video performance data to inform future content strategy and optimize engagement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5 plus years of experience creating compelling video content in a similar role (e.g. news, television, agency, corporate environment)
- Strong production skills including DSLR videography, audio recording and knowledge of various lighting techniques
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition required;
- Proven track record managing the video production process through the development/ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion/distribution phases
- Experience developing visual content for various social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web and digital application
- Knowledge of copyright clearance, trademark, intellectual property licensing and fair use
- Strong design aesthetic in composition, typography, and color usage
- Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Media Communications or similar discipline; technology or financial services experience
- Animation, storyboarding, still photography expertise
- Animate, Character Animator, Illustrator, Photoshop
