Job responsibilities
- Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communications
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaigns
- Oversee the production process from pre-production planning through to final delivery
- Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projects
- Support technical aspects of video production across multiple platforms
- Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion
- Stay current with trends in video production and editing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong videography and photography skills
- Experience operating DSLR and video cameras
- Advanced video editing proficiency
- Experience with professional lighting techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post-production
- Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with podcast production
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
