Join our dynamic Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications team, where you will create impactful multimedia content that connects employees to our culture and priorities. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the firm.


As a

Video Production Specialist in Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will play a key role in developing creative storytelling approaches and managing a variety of platforms and programs, including digital signage, broadcast news, informational video, and event activations. You will help shape how we inform and inspire our employees, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communications
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaigns
  • Oversee the production process from pre-production planning through to final delivery
  • Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projects
  • Support technical aspects of video production across multiple platforms
  • Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion
  • Stay current with trends in video production and editing

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong videography and photography skills
  • Experience operating DSLR and video cameras
  • Advanced video editing proficiency
  • Experience with professional lighting techniques and equipment
  • Knowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post-production
  • Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with podcast production
  • Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Portfolio or reel link (please submit with your application if not included on resume)
