 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the US Digital Product team to partner with the Business.

As an Associate within the US Digital Product team, you will deliver data-promoten insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote business success. You will act on behalf of the business and our clients to enhance workstreams supporting the digitization process. Your responsibilities include analyzing workflow processes and developing business and functional requirements for innovative analytics solutions.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Extract, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets using Alteryx, Python, SQL, and other tools. Design and implement impactful visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, QlikSense, Thoughtspot and Excel to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and requirements. Translate data analysis into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations that align with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels.
  • Proactively network and collaborate with various teams to source, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources. Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and analytics teams.
  • Monitor data trends, ensure data quality, and provide clear explanations for data fluctuations. Maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in all analytics deliverables.
  • Support the digitization process by analyzing workflow processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, QlikSense, Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex and large-scale datasets, build data connections, and independently generate business insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Good knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset class knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map analytical insights to business requirements and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
