Location: Ciudad Autnoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

  • Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!

  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills, and independent thinking.

  • Strong client-facing profile, able to manage challenging situations with professionalism, resilience, and an easy-going demeanor.

  • Strong partnership with key stakeholders, finding ways to collaborate.

 

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Operational support to foreign exchange, traded regionally, focused on documentation analysis and data gathering.

  • Resolving issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client-oriented focus.

  • Ability to interpret and perform thorough analysis of company policies and procedures and apply such knowledge in daily decision-making.

  • Interact by phone or emails with our Brazilian clients giving support on a daily basis.

  • Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.

  • Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix and improve processes, and fill technology gaps, and follow them through to completion.

  • Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.

  • Escalating issues in a timely manner.

 

What do we ask for this position:

  • Bachelor student in Economics, Business Administration or Finance related.

  • Portuguese language knowledge is a must. (Orally and written)

  • Team player and willingness to collaborate.

  • Solid communication skills.

  • Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.

  • Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.

  • Excel knowledge advanced.

  • Be English fluent or advanced.
