As a Testing Associate in Securities Services team, you provide accurate testing estimates and execute end-to-end test scenarios. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality deliverables. You play a key role in supporting clients and optimizing operational efficiency in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls.
  • Document and execute detailed test scenarios using Business Driven Development.
  • Utilize test automation tools for efficient end-to-end test execution.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Identify and share opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes.
  • Monitor and report testing defects, managing the re-testing process.
  • Deputize for the Test Manager in project calls and communications as needed.
  • Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
  • Communicate updates clearly to team members, leads, and clients.
  • Adapt to evolving methodologies and organizational changes.
  • Support multiple projects and manage deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.

     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Asset Servicing Operations, especially US Domestic Asset Servicing Events.
  • Apply knowledge of BaNCS application in testing processes.
  • Understand and adapt to Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Exhibit functional and regression testing experience within Financial Services.
  • Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and manage stakeholder relationships across teams and locations.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams to deliver results under tight deadlines.

     

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Leverage experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, or Xceptor.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, global team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and change management skills.
  • Adapt roles and responsibilities to meet project and organizational objectives.
  • Influence outcomes through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Raise concerns confidently and support timely resolution with senior teams.
