As a Technical Project Manager III in Enterprise Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology programs.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
  • Monitor program progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • Good understanding of AI tools and capabilities, including experience with AI/ML-driven solutions and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
