Location: Palo Alto, CA, United States
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations - share the exciting benefits of our new Private Client tiered product suite and relationship program with clients who may qualify, helping them unlock exclusive advantages.
- Actively manage the banking relationships of clients and their families with a personalized, advice-driven approach. Deliver exceptional service, resolve issues from start to finish, and ensure each client enjoys the best products, premium service, and relationship pricing. Help them fully leverage their connection with JPMorganChase.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
- Collaborate with Private Client Advisors and Private Client Investment Associates to offer comprehensive family and life planning services for clients and their beneficiaries, ensuring their financial future is secure.
- Work closely with Specialists, including Private Client Advisors, Financial Planners, Home Lending Advisors, and Business Relationship Managers, to link clients with experts who can address their unique financial needs.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact to make clients' lives easier by resolving banking issues on their behalf. Maintain a holistic view of all their products, personal connections, key partners, and interactions with JPMorganChase.
- Take responsibility for operational risk and control, while strictly adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, ensuring clients' peace of mind.
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to deepen client relationships.
- 2+ years Branch Banking Banker, or equivalent experience in financial services sales, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining customer relationship, and revenue generation.
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients elevate the client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail providing consistent client experience.
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act*.
- High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses though JPMCs licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred.
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
