Job Summary:
As a Technology Data Governance Analyst in the EMEA Technology Team, you will help implement and execute data access and localisation controls. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in data controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will support the ongoing management of data governance processes and contribute to the effectiveness of our technology landscape. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality results and supporting firmwide data initiatives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in data controls across EMEA
  • Develop, maintain, and document requirements for new in-scope jurisdictions
  • Assist in updating policies, standards, and procedures for effective data access control management
  • Review and enhance current control processes by recommending improvements and writing procedures
  • Deliver timely, high-quality risk-based reporting to support regional and firmwide teams
  • Support project management activities and drive engagement from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and networking
  • Exercise sound judgment and act with integrity to protect the company, customers, and stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in data governance, data access controls, or regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze and improve control processes
