As an Experienced Software Engineer in the Employee Platform Technology team, you will design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will work with us in an agile environment, developing innovative solutions that empower our customers and clients. Your expertise will help us create new features, optimize trading systems, and support cloud platform integration. Job responsibilities

  • Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
  • Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
  • Produce or contribute to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
  • Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications
  • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
  • Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 years applied experience
  • Applied front-end software development experience
  • Experience in responsive web design across multiple surfaces
  • Advanced skills in front-end technologies including CSS3, HTML5, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
  • Experience in CMS (AEM) and personalization implementation
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
  • Practical cloud native experience with AWS

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
  • Experience with Adobe Target
  • Experience working with databases
