We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems, defining product strategy, and delivering impactful solutions that blend strong product thinking with modern platform capabilities.

As a Product Manager for Omnichannel Notification Platform, you will own one or more sub-products within a greenfield platform that consolidates how employees receive, manage, and act on tasks and notifications across the firm. You will drive the feature roadmap for your sub-area, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business partnersdelivering experiences that improve employee productivity, drive platform adoption, and increase satisfaction across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and help shape the product vision and roadmap for your sub-product area, ensuring alignment with platform goals, employee needs, and business objectives.
  • Lead discovery, ideation, and prioritization efforts to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
  • Manage the product backlog, maintaining alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing value delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, publisher teams, and channel teams to design and deliver capable, reliable platform experiences across desktop, web, and mobile channels.
  • Drive execution across the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, engagement, delivery reliability, and publisher onboarding efficiency.
  • Gather insights through user research and data analysis to inform product decisions and escalate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate product progress, dependencies, and risks effectively to teams and stakeholders.
  • Balance near-term delivery goals with a long-term product vision.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional products or features within larger matrix organizations.
  • Working knowledge of agile product development methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
  • Exposure to platform or API-driven products with some familiarity in multi-channel delivery systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design teams, and business partners.
  • High degree of user empathy and a user-centric mindset..
