Join a dynamic team at the forefront of commercial real estate finance. Youll help deliver financing for iconic hospitality, office, and retail assets across the country, driving impactful investment for our clients.

As an Analyst on the Transaction Management team, you will collaborate with origination, asset management, and control partners to manage the loan closing process and ensure compliance with firmwide procedures. You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to drive execution from term sheet to funding, delivering timely and accurate outcomes for clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with origination, asset management, and control partners to ensure accurate and efficient execution of loans for our clients.
  • Manage closing processes, including coordination with middle office to confirm funding procedures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the firm to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements, including flood insurance and know your customer requirements.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced front-office environment.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn and apply processes and procedures consistently across a platform of loans.
  • Help close and fund complex real estate loans across the U.S. as part of our Transaction Management team.
