Join a team focused on strengthening client experience through accurate and timely corporate actions processing. You will manage key operational workflows, partner with internal stakeholders and service providers, and help improve controls and processes. This role offers broad exposure across the corporate actions lifecycle, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As an Asset Servicing Analyst in Investment Middle Office Services (Asset Servicing), you manage the end-to-end lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions, from announcement capture through election execution and payments. You partner with internal teams and service providers to deliver accurate, timely notifications to clients and to submit elections to agents by deadline. You support a strong control environment by completing daily checks, validating inputs, identifying exceptions, and escalating issues when needed. You contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions, from announcement capture through elections and payments
  • Deliver accurate and timely corporate actions notifications to clients
  • Execute client elections with agents by required deadlines
  • Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions in a timely manner
  • Liaise with agent banks and custodians to investigate issues and improve processes
  • Complete daily diary and checklist activities in line with defined procedures and controls
  • Perform daily control checks, validate inputs, and identify exceptions
  • Escalate issues promptly to senior managers when risks or breaks arise
  • Provide operational support to internal partners, including risk management and client-facing teams
    Assist with team and departmental projects that improve processes, controls, and client experience
  • Support oversight activities related to upstream data or reference data providers

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services operations, including hands-on processing responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate actions and/or asset servicing operational workflows
  • Ability to apply controls, validate inputs, and identify exceptions with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to assess issues, risks, and required actions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain operational risks, issues, and resolutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurate outcomes under deadlines
  • Experience working in a control-focused environment with a track record of supporting risk reduction
  • Ability to learn, document, and implement new processes efficiently in a changing environment

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
 

  • Securities services operations experience
  • Corporate actions and/or asset servicing experience
  • Experience participating in process change initiatives and operational improvement delivery
  • Skills using artificial intelligence tools (including prompt engineering) and ability to apply them responsibly to improve investigations, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency 
     
Process voluntary corporate actions end to end, delivering timely client notifications, elections, and exception resolution.
