Our Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) division helps clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth. The AWM Risk Center Business Management Team supports risk management efforts, ensuring the business remains strong, resilient, and innovative.

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our AWM Risk Center Business Management Team. In this role, you will serve as the Business Manager for the AWM Risk, supporting the Chief Risk Officer and the broader risk management department. You will manage and execute programs to provide governance, meet regulatory requirements, enhance processes, and uphold our commitment to responsible business oversight.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute risk management programs, including governance for records management, inter-affiliate services, and risk reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with records management protocols, such as proper classification, retention, and annual certifications for shared drives and document repositories.
  • Prepare and maintain materials for risk committees, regulatory reviews, audits, and senior management presentations. 
  • Track committee topics and ensure adherence to established guidelines and charters.
  • Work closely with teams across risk management and other LOBs to share best practices and solve complex problems. 
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive impactful solutions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, including AI tools, to streamline processes and add value. 
  • Propose new ideas and approaches to improve the effectiveness of risk management programs.

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating reports and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and a “go-getter” attitude; proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and drive results beyond assigned tasks.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn; adapts quickly to changing priorities and remains detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, take action without waiting for direction, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to propose, drive, and implement innovative solutions that add value, while maintaining a high level of accountability, resilience, and persistence in problem-solving—even under tight deadlines or ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
