Job Summary:

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining internal & External client reference data. Your role will involve liaising business partners, conduct data analysis, and maintain MIS reports. This position values strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Job Responsibilities: The Reference Data Analyst role is responsible for:

Manage daily production processes and coordinate a portfolio of projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reference data services
Measure and analyze process performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data quality
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on data requirements and remediation efforts
Subject matter expertise in party reference data and data quality management to maintain high standards, promote transparency through metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
University Graduate with 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
Proven experience in managing and maintaining client or reference data within a large organization
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools for reporting and data validation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
