- Establish and foster partnerships across the organization to understand business requirements and objectives.Lead the creation and execution of solutions to pull and combine data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.Analyze data from a variety of sources and identify key insights.Communicate insights to senior leaders via written and oral presentations.Collaborate with analytic and non-analytic groups and facilitate holistic, cross-functional learning.Champion data and analytics best practices across the Loyalty organization.Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.Facilitate the creation of data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields involving significant quantitative research and data analytics).6 + years of industry experience in business analytics roles (e.g., marketing analytics, product analytics, business insights).6 + years of work experience across a broad range of analytics platforms, languages, and tools (Snowflake, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Python, Excel Pivot, etc.); hands-on experience using big data platforms required.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to business partners.Innovative thinking capability to help internal clients define business problems, create solutions, and execute implementation.Expert knowledge in quantitative methods for business analytics.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Financial services experience, especially in Credit Card analytics.
