As a Senior Associate in the Consumer Deposit Product Analytics team within Data & Analytics, you provide critical analytical support for checking, savings, debit, and time deposit products. You work closely with product leaders and peers to deliver actionable insights and solutions to business challenges. Your work blends strategy, business control analysis, and performance metric reporting, supporting end-to-end product ownership. You help drive the team’s mission to deliver timely, relevant, and compliant reporting. Your contributions directly influence both customer experience and business success.

You will be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. The Deposit Product Analytics team partners with cross-functional groups to address complex business needs and identify growth opportunities. You’ll take ownership of reporting processes, automate workflows, and maintain documentation for clarity and compliance. Your role supports a diverse user base and ensures the production reporting environment runs smoothly. Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Develop reporting using analytical tools such as Snowflake, SAS, Alteryx and Python, owning the reporting process from design to deployment.
  • Perform data discovery work, querying and analyzing data from varying sources.
  • Test report logic and output to ensure that the results are accurate and satisfies the business requirement.
  • Document report and test results to comply with established controls and regulatory standards for analytics and reporting activities.
  • Automate reporting workflows and maintain code using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Maintain and support the team’s production reporting environment by responding to stakeholder inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years in data analytics role using SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and an ability identify data quality issues.
  • Advanced skills in database tools such as SAS (or SQL processing), Python, Snowflake, Alteryx.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including creating Pivot tables, array formulas, and visualizations.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Knowledge of deposit products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with peers and senior executives
