Location: BOURNEMOUTH, DORSET, United Kingdom

A rare opportunity to join the Markets Asset Servicing transformation team in Bournemouth, responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions for global operations teams across Equities and Prime. This is an interesting role, within a supportive team where the right candidate can grow, develop and thrive.

As a Project Manager within a Transformation Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with Markets Asset Servicing Global Operations teams to define requirements, partner with technology to identify solutions, monitor build and co-ordinate testing through to implementation

Job responsibilities

  •  Partner with key business and technology representatives in order to deliver ‘Value’ to Operations through effective product delivery
  • Analyse complex processes, partner with DXD and technology to define strategic target state 
  • Prepare business requirements documentation which are clear and comprehensive.
  • Communicate and negotiate agreement on design solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operations and technology partners covering testing and implementation of solutions 
  • Partner with operational users to ensure smooth implementation, readiness and continued usage.

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to manage product improvement through effective Agile and Product Ownership methodologies.
  • Business Analysis skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given time
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to leverage subject matter expertise 
  • Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships 
  • Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record. 
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Desire to progress career
  • Experience in using data to track and demonstrate ‘value’ through transformation

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of Asset Servicing and/or Operations processes would be beneficial however training will be provided.  Fast learner able to understand complex processes 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and recommend strategic solutions (coaching to be provided)

 

 

Lead collaboration with teams to define requirements, partner with technology, and oversee testing and implementation.
