As a Project Manager in Chief of Staff Office, you will support a portfolio spanning regulatory & compliance oversight (including Retail Non-Deposit Investment Products (RNDIP)), employee recognition programs and fast-moving branch sprint projects across both tech-adjacent and operational/process work. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity. Additionally, you will manage a rapid pace of change, be detail oriented, and possess a strong ability to influence & collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish structure across a high-visibility portfolio by organizing priorities, maintaining a disciplined operating rhythm, and communicating progress in executive-ready formats; support leadership routines and forums through agenda and content development, materials coordination, and clear documentation of outcomes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Lead the RNDIP Oversight Committee operating rhythm, including agenda development, materials coordination and consolidation, minutes capture and distribution, action item tracking to closure, and stakeholder readiness; deliver clear updates that surface decisions required, risks and issues, and next steps, ensuring follow-through aligns with firm expectations.
  • Drive branch sprint projects from intake through delivery for week-to-month initiatives spanning tech-adjacent and operational/process work; establish plans and timelines, define scope and success measures, manage dependencies, coordinate implementation across partners, and validate delivered changes translate into intended branch impact.
  • Run key recognition programs, including the Outstanding Performer Program, Fortress Controls, Branch Bravo eCards, and the Recognition Forum; manage cadence and scheduling, communications, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination where applicable, and data validation/controls, while providing strategic input to strengthen adoption and effectiveness.
  • Develop executive-ready communications and PowerPoint materials for leadership updates; support agendas and content for leadership forums, staff meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions, ensuring clarity, concision, accuracy, and alignment to the message and decisions needed.
  • Align and partner across Consumer Bank stakeholders (operational leaders, SMEs, compliance teams, and senior stakeholders) to drive execution; influence without authority, remove barriers, maintain disciplined documentation, identify risks early, escalate issues with solution options, and ensure transparent closeout with appropriate control rigor.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
