As a Vice President – Program Manager within the Implementation & Transition team, you support the end-to-end delivery of the Client Reporting Target State program. You manage workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You play a key role in driving change management, process improvement, and the successful integration of new reporting solutions.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of the Client Reporting Target State program.
- Manage assigned workstreams or projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and alignment.
- Prepare and deliver program updates, status reports, and risk/issue logs for senior management.
- Collaborate with Product Lead and Technology teams to integrate new reporting platforms and data enhancements.
- Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training initiatives.
- Monitor program budgets and track financial performance for assigned workstreams.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting resolution efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program governance, processes, and templates.
- Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead adoption initiatives to support successful program outcomes.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years’ experience in asset management, program/project management, or client reporting.
- Manage large-scale vendor implementations, especially reporting platforms and data management solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment.
- Organize and execute complex projects with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging as needed.
- Apply change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Agile, or Prince2/APM/PMP.
- Attain an advanced degree or relevant project management certifications.
- Leverage experience with platforms like Kurtosys, Factset Vermillion, or Snowflake.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and technology solutions.
- Influence outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Support the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
