As a Product Delivery Manager in Adobe Analytics (AA) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (ACJA), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 

 
Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and skill labs to build analytics capabilities for analysts and product owners
  • Advise Data & Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams on actionable measurement strategies; design and implement cross-journey analytics solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Manage AA-to-CJA migrations, including mapping, validation, and user support. Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Snowflake, AWS Athena, and related data platforms and tools
  • Understand and support Chase CCB tagging frameworks and their integration with AA and ACJA. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve tracking and data issues; collaborate with data engineering and collection teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across environments
  • Serve as the voice of stakeholders, resolve data issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain analytics Solution Design Requirements (SDR) to track enhancements and updates across tools and platforms
  • Create and deliver classes and learning programs to enable the business to leverage data tools and platforms for business optimization. Promote ongoing learning through continuing education and office hours
  • Mentor new and experienced analysts on analytics best practices, data storytelling, and presentation skills for strategic engagements
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams, present complex analytics concepts clearly, and foster a culture of data-driven decision making
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics (AA) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (ACJA)
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (AA Analysis Workspace, ACJA, Tableau); Experience with SQL and database solutions (e.g., AWS Athena S3, Snowflake)
  • Ability to conduct audits, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data quality
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; collaborative across business and technical teams
  • Skilled in other Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote, including in graphics and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma)
  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills; comfortable training groups of all sizes
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling learning experiences; Experience building enablement programs, certifications, and playbooks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience working in a in a solution consulting, technical training, or enablement role, preferably with experience in financial services data and regulatory environments
  • Experience managing large-scale platform migrations and user enablement initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience. AA and ACJA certification(s) or equivalent experience
