Talent Enablements mission is to empower growth, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional service through continuous learning and opportunity for the entire line of business. 

As a Process Improvement Senior Associate withing the Talent Enablement Design & Execution team, you will focus on building and enhancing modern digital platforms and front-end experiences, with a secondary responsibility for data workflow automation. You will drive organizational objectives and support a wide range of business partners across COS. The role includes enhancing front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, building digital platforms such as SharePoint, and leveraging Large Language Model platforms to create intelligent solutions and automated workflows for training and learning programs. You will also support data workflow automation using tools like Alteryx and collaborate with data analysts on Tableau dashboard development.

Job responsibilities:

  • Enhance front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, applying UI/UX best practices for accessible and responsive interfaces.
  • Build and support modern digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint) to improve governance, automation, and user adoption.
  • Connect to and leverage Large Language Model platforms to build intelligent solutions and automated workflows that enhance business processes.
  • Apply working knowledge of APIs by consuming REST/JSON services, aligning on authentication and data contracts, and supporting testing and error handling.
  • Support data workflow automation using Alteryx, contributing to operations, requirements gathering, KPI analysis, and development of efficient workflows.
  • Partner with data analysts to design and develop Tableau dashboards, communicate dashboard requirements, and understand data connections and flows to ensure training and learning initiatives are data-driven and impactful. 
  • Support new systems, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration and Wordpress website management, leveraging technical proficiency and adaptability.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with practical experience building and enhancing front-end experiences; strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and reusable component patterns.
  • Experience building and supporting digital platforms such as SharePoint, with a focus on governance, automation, and user adoption.
  • Working understanding of Large Language Model platforms and ability to leverage them for business solutions and automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of APIs, including consuming REST/JSON services, authentication, data contracts, and supporting API testing and error handling.
  • Proficiency in data preparation, management, workflow optimization, and automation tools such as Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools, understanding data sources and dashboard flows; dashboard building experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Experience working with operational or business performance data to inform decision-making and drive program success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate to streamline governance and enable intelligent automation.
  • Experience serving as a data advocate, promoting data literacy and keeping colleagues informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards, with experience implementing and enforcing these standards within a team environment.
  • Project management experience, particularly within HR enterprise initiatives and learning program environments.
