Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process for the business.

Develop, consolidate, and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analyses, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.

Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, Functional Finance teams, and other support teams to provide impactful reporting, planning, and analyses.

Produce presentations, analyses, and supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management; participate in and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues impacting clients to determine root causes and propose effective solutions.

Collaborate with business partners across P&A, lines of business, and the firm to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including firm-wide, Functional Finance, and lines of business teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Graduation in Finance, Economics, Accounting

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. 
• Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• (CFA, CPA, MBA a plus). 
• 8+ years of overall experience , at least years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
