Location: Tampa, FL, United States
As part of the Commercial Card business within J.P. Morgan Payments you will partner with clients and crossfunctional teams (Sales, Product) to define and configure solutions that meet client objectives, and shape the Payments transformation roadmap and timeline for senior leadership. Build executiveready materials that articulate strategy, milestones, and valuesupporting the sales cycle with sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analyses. Coordinate forums across the Product Solutions team to ensure cohesive solution design and delivery, and present recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Job responsibilities
- Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product
Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting timeline and roadmap for Payments transformation initiatives
Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients
Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
Establish forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
- Superior story-telling capabilities developing senior presentation content via PitchPro
- Experience with developing business growth strategies and project management/delivery
- Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience managing projects or initiatives from concept to competition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & PitchPro
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce
- Ability to track multiple deliverables with accuracy and strong attention to detail
