As an Operations Automation Associate in the Operations team, you conduct intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies.

Job responsibilities
  • Supports aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement while adhering to the firms standards and controls.
  • Contributes to the implementation of the operational automation strategy involving intelligence automation tools, and contributes to the identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or metrics to deliver benefits from operational automation
  • Works with technology to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
  • Utilizes intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience and a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Working experience software development principles
  • Advance knowledge on NodeJS, React, Python, API configuration.
  • Working experience in Alteryx Macros, Tableau , UiPath
  • Knowledge on Prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Sound knowledge of one or multiple intelligence automation applications and/or programming languages 
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's or higher degree 
  • Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Analyze business needs, translate requirements to process improvements, oversee low-code automation, and manage tool administration
