As an Onboarding Associate within the Global Banking Middle Office, you coordinate end-to-end Cash Management and Treasury Services product implementation activities in partnership with Implementation Consultants, International Onboarding Leads, and clients. You establish clear timelines, manage documentation requirements and cycle-time expectations, and ensure accurate review, validation, approval, and storage of account opening and product-related documents. You drive stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives while identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring strong client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of Cash Management and Treasury Services product implementation activities across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, and documentation requirements to manage expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Review account opening and product-related documentation for completeness, accuracy, validation, approval, and storage readiness.
- Identify gaps, exceptions, and risks in processes and procedures, and recommend practical solutions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with a strong focus on ownership, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Drive strategic business initiatives and cross-functional execution to improve implementation effectiveness.
- Proactively apply sound judgment and structured problem-solving to resolve issues and manage delivery trade-offs.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- End-to-end banking/financial services experience, including Client Service, Back Office or Middle Office Operations, Client Onboarding, and KYC functions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with clear, customer-centric business writing
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Knowledge of treasury products and financial services functions, including regulatory and compliance awareness
- Cash Management and Treasury Services product experience and knowledge
- Experience with process improvement, business controls, organizational change, and RPA tools/techniques
- Capability with reporting and collaboration tools including Tableau, QlikSense, and SharePoint
