**Job Summary:** We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as our **North America Commercial Bank Head of Cross-Currency (FX) Payments & Solutions - Managing Director**. In this role, you'll drive our Cross-Currency Payments franchise forward, fostering innovation, collaboration, and client-centric solutions. You'll manage a high-performing team, build strategic partnerships, and deliver integrated payment solutions that add significant value for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategies to increase usage of Cross-Currency payment solutions among Commercial Bank clients. - Drive product revenue and market share growth through innovative products and go-to-market strategies. - Implement a data-driven approach to uncover new client opportunities and maximize product potential. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Solutions professionals. - Collaborate with Sales, Bankers, FX Sales, and Service teams to promote products, implement new business, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. - Establish clear objectives, key results, and KPIs to ensure product success and track progress. - Partner with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive new business development. - Anticipate and tackle internal and external factors impacting the business. **Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:** - Strategic mindset with proven sales and solutioning skills (15+ years of banking experience, with significant time in Cross-Currency Payments). - Deep understanding of client needs and the competitive landscape for cross-currency solutions. - Proven ability to manage teams effectively and drive change across multiple functions. - Superior presentation and communication skills. - Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

In this role, you will work closely with teams across Payments Sales, Markets, Bankers to grow our FX wallet share and revenue with the middle market segment in North America. You will drive solutions to address evolving client needs and provide the voice of the clients to the Product organization to build innovative

 
products, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will play a key role in building a leading Cross-Currency Payments franchise for the Commercial Bank and delivering value to clients. You will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering integrated solutions and driving new business development. 

Job responsibilities:
