Location: Singapore, Singapore

Help shape the Singapore Markets & Securities Services Sales franchise by turning insights into action and partnering with senior stakeholders across products and functions. This role offers broad exposure across Macro, Credit, Securitized Products, Equities, and Securities Services, with opportunities to deliver cross-LOB initiatives across APAC.

As a Vice President in the Singapore Sales Business Management team, you will support business heads across financials, client opportunities, strategic execution, and the risk and control agenda. The role combines performance tracking, analytics, and project delivery to help drive revenue growth and franchise priorities. You will partner closely with Sales, Trading, Business Managers, and key control and support functions including Technology, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

Job responsibilities

  • Support franchise business reviews, including revenue tracking versus goals and expense discipline.
  • Drive strategic business initiatives across Macro, Credit, Securitized Products, and Equities to support revenue growth.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, revenue gaps, and client opportunities, translating insights into actions.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking reviews to inform franchise priorities and opportunity sizing.
  • Drive and support implementation of global and local regulatory initiatives impacting the franchise.
  • Help manage business risks and strengthen the control environment across multiple Sales teams.
  • Identify, assess, and support mitigation of key business risks in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Partner with support functions to help resolve day-to-day sales/client issues (e.g., KYC, Operations, Legal, Technology).
  • Collaborate on cross-LOB and cross-location projects with the broader APAC Sales Business Management team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors in Economics, Finance or equivalent degree 
  • 7 plus years experience in a Finance & Business Management, COO, strategy, or related business management role within financial services.
  • Knowledge of Markets products and/or Securities Services offerings and operating model.
  • Experience partnering with control and support functions (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology) to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous issues and drive resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, including the ability to develop insights, present conclusions, and recommend actions.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership mindset: highly motivated, energetic self-starter who can work independently and drive deliverables end-to-end.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with local, regional, and global teams.
