As a Digital Product Owner, in the Asset Management Digital and Distribution team, you will own and deliver defined outcomes that improve website journeys and AM digital platforms across Asia Pacific. You will translate business needs into a clear product backlog, lead delivery from discovery through release, and ensure solutions are high quality, scalable, compliant, and measurable. You will work closely with global partners and local stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and continuously improve the audience experience.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with global product owners to deliver and iterate enhancements across Asia Pacific markets from requirements through release and continuous improvement
- Define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery readiness, surfacing risks early and managing them proactively
- Own delivery of website enhancements and fixes that improve journeys, discoverability, and content effectiveness
- Align user experience, content, analytics, brand, and technology partners to deliver consistent and accessible experiences
- Lead end-to-end launch readiness for new products and platforms, including intake, checkpoints, testing, and required sign-offs
- Coordinate dependencies across product, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and technology to remove blockers quickly
- Translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that are testable and outcome-aligned
- Maintain backlog hygiene through prioritization, refinement, and clear definitions of ready and done with delivery partners
- Partner with engineering and quality assurance on testing coverage, user acceptance testing, issue triage, and release planning
- Define success metrics, interpret results, and drive continuous improvement through test-and-learn practices
- Use approved artificial intelligence tools to support analysis and delivery workflows, applying appropriate data handling and validation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership, including backlog ownership and user story writing
- Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver features end-to-end in cross-functional environments
- Strong execution discipline, with the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Understanding of modern web experience principles, including user experience fundamentals, accessibility, and content presentation
- Experience working with marketing technology teams or closely adjacent partners delivering web journeys and digital content experiences
- Working knowledge of using approved artificial intelligence productivity tools to improve efficiency and delivery quality
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity, influence decisions, and align stakeholders
- Working knowledge of asset management products and operating considerations relevant to digital distribution and client journeys
- Strong attention to detail and release discipline, including user acceptance testing and production readiness
- Ability to explain practical AI use cases that improve digital platforms and client or advisor workflows, with appropriate controls
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting website and digital platform readiness for product or fund launches across multiple markets
- Familiarity with marketing technology and web platforms, including content management systems, analytics and tagging, experimentation, and search fundamentals
- Background in asset management, wealth management, or financial services digital journeys
- Experience defining metrics and iterating based on performance using experimentation and analytics
- Experience collaborating with global platform teams within shared design and engineering standards
- Knowledge of digital client experiences in asset management or wealth management contexts
