We are seeking a highly motivated Go-To-Market Associate to join our high-energy marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with our digital product, design, and technology teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption of our advisor digital tools. This position focuses on internal go-to-market and communications, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and equipped for successful product launches.

As a Go-To-Market Associate in the team, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of launches, calendaring upcoming initiatives, ad preparing impactful resources—including presentations, internal communications, and digital content. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leaders, build a strong professional network across the business, and learn the front-to-back product lifecycle.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing, product, design, and tech teams to support go-to-market strategies for internal audiences.
  • Manage the calendar of product launches, ensuring timely alignment and communication across teams.
  • Develop and prepare high-quality launch materials, including presentations, short-form content, internal newsletters, and digital communications.
  • Build communication strategies and resources that support adoption of our advisor digital toolset.
  • Track and coordinate upcoming initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met including digital adoption metrics. 
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align messaging and ensure consistent execution often via PowerPoint Decks
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and impact.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, product marketing, or business management with a strong element of communications.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Personable, professional, and collaborative, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
  • Attention to detail, innovative mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.  An inquisitive mindset and strong sense of curiosity will be helpful.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and strong self-starter with ability to multi task and manage multiple deadlines.
