As a Margin & Collateral Associate in our Margin & Collateral team, you promote key initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from intake through implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and status reporting to track progress and risks.
- Analyze data and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate dependencies, communications, and governance to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating with options and recommended actions.
- Continuously improve processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and control.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects or initiatives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Analytical problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data and metrics
