As a Margin & Collateral Associate in our Margin & Collateral team, you promote key initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from intake through implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, and status reporting to track progress and risks.
  • Analyze data and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate dependencies, communications, and governance to ensure timely execution.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating with options and recommended actions.
  • Continuously improve processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and control.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects or initiatives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data and metrics
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience working in financial services or a highly regulated environment
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methods and related ceremonies
  • Proficiency with common productivity and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or operating model design
