Be part of a dynamic team that leads the origination, structuring, and execution of International Debt Capital Markets & Liability Management transactions for Latin American Corporations, Financials, Sovereigns & Quasi-Sovereigns clients. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with daily client interaction and a top market position.
Assist the team in executing international bond transactions, preparing marketing materials, analyzing financing alternatives, and collaborating with third parties. Your work will be crucial in maintaining our top position in the Latin American fixed income securities market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of international bond transactions, including preparing marketing materials and proposals.
- Gather and process market information for client presentations.
- Analyze and compare financing alternatives in various currencies.
- Prepare deal-related and non-deal related marketing material.
- Analyze credit and financial conditions of corporate clients.
- Collaborate with third parties during bond issue execution stages.
- Help build company cash flow and liability management models.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Complete Spanish and English fluency (Verbal and Written); Portuguese speakers welcomed.
- Strong analytical and corporate finance background.
- Basic understanding of fixed income.
- Thorough knowledge of macroeconomic principles and current events.
