- Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Manage timelines, and deliverables for field execution.Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management and business development supporting an Advisor’s practice.Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation.Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation.Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field7 + years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services.Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales teamTravel required 50% of the timeRequired Licensing
