Investment Banking EMEA Security & Resiliency Initiative Executive Director - London
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and co-ordinate engagement around the SRI across EMEA Global Banking: act as a primary point of contact, interacting daily with colleagues across country, industry and product teams to drive the identification and execution of existing and new key SRI client opportunities across the Global Banking business
- Originate and lead investment banking transactions across key sectors, developing and deepening senior client relationships while providing strategic sector insight to regional and global stakeholders
- Lead development of strategic SRI related content and events: oversee the preparation of materials for high-level client meetings focused on the SRI thematics, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm strategy; and curate and organise appropriate client and stakeholder SRI events across region
- Originate and network with stakeholders and JPMorganChase corporate clients across Europes SRI ecosystem (governments, trade associations, think tanks, etc.): Proactively build, strengthen, and expand relationships across SRI themes to identify new business opportunities and helping drive deal origination
- Connect into the SRI Core U.S. Team and leverage the work of SRI Solutions
- Investor engagement: to complement conversations SIG and Mid Cap GCB VC coverage are having

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, public policy, project finance, or a related field
- Experience working in UK/European geopolitics, military, defence, or public policy preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience preparing management reports, financial modelling, and tracking progress against objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders, including industry associations, government bodies, and investors
- Superior organisational and strategic skills: highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, with experience coordinating events and group activities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives at a senior level
- Bachelors degree from a top-ranked university.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with supply chain dynamics, industrial policy, or national security-related economic issues
- Experience with public-private partnerships, government programmes, or policy-adjacent investment initiatives
- Industry expertise in one or more relevant sectors (supply chain and advance manufacturing, defence and aerospace, energy, frontier and strategic tech, pharma and health tech)
- Track record of supporting or leading external engagement and event coordination
- Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Additional European language is desirable but not essential (German, French, Polish, Italian).
