Job Title: Analyst Institutional Investment Solutions US

We are seeking a driven, intellectually curious recent college graduate to join the Institutional Investment Solutions team in a role supporting portfolio managers. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals on portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, and portfolio analysis for Large Families. 


The analyst will help evaluate multi-asset portfolios, contribute to investment analysis, and support the monitoring of portfolio positioning and outcomes. A key aspect of the role is developing a strong understanding of the analytical tools and frameworks used by the team, as well as the investment rationale behind portfolio decisions. The candidate should demonstrate genuine curiosity about how portfolios behave across market environments and how analytical tools translate into real investment outcomes.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support portfolio managers with portfolio analysis and monitoring.
  • Assist with research and analytical work related to strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction.
  • Use internal tools and financial data platforms to evaluate portfolio exposures, risks, and performance.
  • Prepare analytical materials used in portfolio reviews and investment discussions.
  • Develop familiarity with the teams models and processes for evaluating investment strategies.
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including familiarity with asset pricing and portfolio analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to visualize data 
  • Experience with Bloomberg or other financial data platforms is preferred.
  • High level of curiosity, strong work ethic, and interest in building expertise in institutional investing.
