As a Global Corporate Banking – Mexico Subsidiary Banking Analyst in the Global Corporate Bank Subsidiary Banking team, you will support multinational clients’ subsidiaries in Mexico, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You will work closely with experienced bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions, deepen client relationships, and drive business growth. In this role, you will be empowered to make a difference, develop your skills, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Bankers in client coverage across products such as credit, cash management, trade, markets, and debt capital markets
  • Assist in managing existing client relationships and developing new multinational client base
  • Prepare internal approval documents, including credit memos and balance sheet committee models
  • Conduct industry and credit analysis, review financial statements, and support credit approval and documentation processes
  • Perform industry and company research to inform client strategies
  • Maintain internal reports, including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and balance sheet memos
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials to generate new revenue
  • Collaborate with headquarters and regional bankers to deliver client solutions
  • Manage internal processes for deal execution, regulatory reporting, and ongoing client relationship management
  • Participate in special projects as requested
  • Engage with senior officers and clients to deliver high-quality service

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials
  • High level of motivation, dependability, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills, including Excel-based modeling and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with research tools such as Bloomberg
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Relevant experience in the financial industry
  • Experience supporting multinational clients or working in a global banking environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Mexico
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience preparing credit memos and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and debt capital markets products
