Job Summary

As a Fund Servicing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our fund servicing operations. You will execute routine transactions, collaborate with internal teams, and apply your expertise to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Job Responsibilities

  • Process and validate tasks, investigating and resolving breaks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal transfer agency teams (fund implementation, trade processing, settlements, cash processing, account opening) to process transactions and resolve exceptions promptly.
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate strong risk management by handling issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.
  • Ensure all day-to-day queries are addressed within required timelines, escalating issues as needed.
  • Attend and drive internal partner meetings, typically via conference call, to ensure expectations are met and follow-up items are resolved.
  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Subject matter expertise in transfer agency, reconciliation, trades and settlements, KYC/AML, or strong financial markets product knowledge.
  • Proficiency with KYC and AML software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify potential risks.
  • High attention to detail for accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven relationship management skills and ability to influence change across diverse stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience in fund servicing, accounting, or related financial operations.
